Why don’t you ship to my country?
We can ship worldwide. But our product prices are based on US. Additional shipping charges may apply outside of the U.S. & Canada. Please contact us by email.

Is Something Missing or Broken?
If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right. That’s our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If there are missing parts or your order is damaged, please contact email us. We’ll do everything we can to correct our mistake and get you a complete, undamaged order as soon as possible.

Do you charge sales tax?
Duties, taxes and other surcharges imposed by your country regulations are not included.
Please check your country’s customs, taxes and other surcharges.
How much is shipping?
Shipping to the United States and Canada is $ 40.
Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is $ 60.
For other countries $ 80.
However, free shipping on orders over $ 1000.
In some outlying areas, there may be additional shipping charges. If applicable, we will inform you after payment, so please check the mail.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It takes about 3 day to make the product.
Delivery to USA takes about 4~5 business days.
It takes 6 ~ 7 business days from order to delivery completion as soon as possible.(Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
How do I get a refund?
If there is a defect in material or workmanship or we made the wrong size, we will exchange or repair your window coverings at no cost to you for up to 90 days. We will even pay the shipping for you to send the product back, and we’ll cover the shipping to get the replacement or repaired products again to you.
Please remember that because these are custom-made products, we cannot offer a refund unless a product is defective.
